Ready to reserve? Or at least to get more information? Here's your step-by-step guide.
(1) Use the form below to request that I send you the special group discount code unique to MouseFest attendees. (Due to the open nature of the Internet, we are keeping the codes privileged and only releasing the code to those we know). I will get the code to you within 24 hours of your request.
(2) Reserve your accommodations and travel plans. If you are interested in getting in on the MouseFest block of rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort--Riverside, you can start reserving on Tuesday, Jan. 24, by calling Disney's Group Reservations office. The phone number to call is: 407-938-4868, 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
We do have a set amount of rooms in our block; once those are spoken for, the block will close. Also, the last day to call to reserve a room is July 18.
Guests will be required to leave a one night's room and tax deposit per room requested at the time of booking. The balance will be due at check-in when guests arrive at the resort. Guests must provide the names and addresses of all guests staying in the room, and ages for children 17 and under.
If you wish to use Guests wishing to utilize Disney’s Magical Express Service (complimentary transfers and luggage assistance to and from Orlando International Airport) you much have complete flight itinerary available at the time you call to confirm the service.
(3) Consider whether you will want the Disney Dining Plan. When purchasing the Dining Plan with your stay, you will be required to secure your room, tickets and Dining Plan in full when making your reservation.
(4) Start looking into the best alternative for purchasing theme park tickets. Consider purchasing discounted group theme tickets, and whether you will want to book the entire package of room, tickets, and dining plan.
Discounted group theme park admission tickets purchased through the MouseFest group must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase and must be purchased at least 10 days prior to check-in day.
