Here is the information we have thus far:
Accommodations
We have a block of rooms reserved for our group at Disney's Port Orleans Resort--Riverside.

This is a lovely, "moderate" resort on the Disney property, and we've negotiated a really great group rate.
Our family has stayed at this resort and we like it very much. It is comfortable, the theming is great, the kids loved the pool area, it has a pretty good food court and restaurant, and we even liked the river and the boat trip to Downtown Disney nearby.
And of course, the property offers free bus transportation to all the Disney parks.
MouseFest guests staying at Port Orleans Resort--Riverside will also be able to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express Service (complimentary transportation and luggage assistance to and from Orlando International Airport).
MouseFest attendees who prefer to stay at another resort or even off the property are welcome to do that as well.
If you are interested in making a reservation with the group, see the instructions at the page How to Reserve, Get More Information.
Dining
Remember: the window to make dining reservations for guests staying on the property opens up six months prior to arrival. Make your room reservations now so you can make your dining reservations when the window opens in February!
Tickets
MouseFest guests also have the opportunity to purchase discounted theme park tickets. The group reservations office can also assist guests with obtaining these.
There are other resources for purchasing tickets and obtaining discounts as well. Consider researching discounts you may find on http://www.mousesavers.com/ and other planning resources, such as the DIS at http://www.wdwinfo.com/.
Day-by-Day Plan
Once the park hours are released, we will make a day-by-day plan for theme park touring that MouseFest guests can use to find us and join us if they are interested. We are also in the process of planning some events and parties to take place over the 18th-22nd.
Tentatively, we are considering the following:
- Friday, Aug. 17--Animal Kingdom day; family dinner at California Grill to watch Magic Kingdom fireworks
- Saturday, Aug. 18--Magic Kingdom day; Fantasmic show at Hollywood Studios
- Sunday, Aug. 19--Blizzard Beach water park day; evening at Downtown Disney
- Monday, Aug. 20--Epcot day; evening: Sarah and Tom's 10th Anniversary Party
- Tuesday, Aug. 21--Hollywood Studios day; evening: adult dinner at Victoria & Albert's chefs table
- Wednesday, Aug. 22--TBA; evening: Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba
